HomeBridge™ serves as Linwalk’s housing stabilization and placement division, helping foster youth experiencing placement disruptions, housing instability, or housing transition challenges.

HomeBridge™ combines emergency housing coordination, temporary lodging solutions, housing navigation, housing search assistance, landlord engagement, placement coordination, transportation support, move-in services, and stabilization supports into one comprehensive model. This coordinated approach helps young people transition successfully from crisis situations toward long-term housing security.
