Creative Solutions, he leads initiatives designed to expand community impact, strengthen
organizational partnerships, develop new business opportunities, and advance the organization’s
long-term growth strategy.

Prior to joining Linwalk, Melvin held leadership roles with Cisco Systems, Comcast Cable, One Path,
Federated System Group, and Jabil Circuit. In these positions, he was instrumental in driving

effectiveness, and translating strategic goals into measurable outcomes. His ability to align people,
