HomeBridge™ was created in response to one of the most urgent challenges facing vulnerable youth: housing instability.
Too often, placement disruptions, emergency situations, and housing shortages create uncertainty for young people at critical points in their development. HomeBridge™ provides a coordinated response designed to ensure youth have access to safe accommodations, individualized housing support, placement assistance, and long-term stabilization services.
